



Felicity leads the AMA WorkWare consultant team and provides high level evidence-based advice to clients. An expert in collecting and interpreting data on workplace performance, she has helped many public and private sector organisations to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of their work and learning environments.
Before joining AMA, Felicity was consultant methodologist at DEGW for the EU-commissioned SANE project, and co-ordinator of post-occupancy evaluation of new buildings for HM Treasury.
Felicity has conducted research into the evolution of workspace design and was co-author of Working without walls: an insight into the transforming government workplace in collaboration with the Office of Government Commerce. For the Scottish Funding Council she co-wrote a report on Spaces for Learning.
Her core discipline in environmental psychology informs all her work in determining new environments and helping to manage change.
