AMA WorkWare, a suite of briefing and evaluation tools invented by AMA and now used around the world, is built on a database of over 60,000 people in 250 buildings.
This is the fundamental idea that inspires the people who work at AMA. We believe that buildings and environments that function well are more productive places in which to work and study. It matters to all organisations - companies, governments, universities - because the effectiveness of their buildings, and whether people like being in them, can either support or constrain innovation and change.
AMA's multidisciplinary team draws together the latest expertise and developments - in design, sociology and psychology, technology and planning - to create a unique, evidence-based approach to workplace strategies, producing briefs and designs for new spaces.
