



With a background in occupational psychology, Emer joined AMA as a consultant specialising in change management and user consultation.
Since joining AMA, Emer has worked with corporate and local authority clients, as well as with charitable organisations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. During this time, she has facilitated change management workshops, which have focused on implementing new ways of working and has conducted data analysis in a variety of work settings. She has also worked on projects in the health sector and has worked on a variety of education projects, with clients such as University College London, London Southbank University, University of Salford and Loughborough University.
Emer previously worked as a researcher at Leeds University, where she worked on a human factors project involving the design of a new research facility for Rolls Royce and Boeing, and where she led a series of research projects relating to safety attitudes and behaviour.
