Sophia is Research Consultant and part of the AMA WorkWare team, responsible for the management, analysis and interpretation of high level evidence-based data for clients across corporate, public, educational and not-for-profit sectors. She has recently worked on the evaluation of Sure Start children’s centres for CABE and on projects with Southwark Council, Ofcom, Morgan Stanley, WWF, Cardiff School of Art and Design, University College London and London South Bank University. She has also helped developed AMA toolkit WorkwareCONNECT to support briefing for knowledge transmission and improved interaction in the workplace, and has contributed to AMA Guide to Successful Interaction. 

Prior to joining AMA, Sophia worked more than ten years undertaking project management and qualitative and quantitative research in the not-for-profit sector. Her work ranged from emergency and development project supervision including budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and research on human rights questions addressing key government policies and international legal instruments. She published extensively on these issues.
