University of Nottingham, Hallward Library

The University of Nottingham commissioned AMA to reinvent the lower level of their Hallward library, including the Centre for Integrated Learning. The objective was to create a ‘Learning Hub’ - a showcase dedicated to students, embodying the latest pedagogical research. The project has led to an exciting and highly-utilised facility that nurtures and encourages new ways of learning amongst an increasingly technology-adept student group. The centre provides opportunities for group or individual learning through a variety of flexible spaces and specialist rooms, such as editing and presentation suites.
