Laurence Poole 

Senior Consultant

Laurence is a Senior Consultant focusing on workplace evaluation and strategy. He brings to AMA his expertise in space observation studies, new ways of working & flexible workplaces, space planning & CAD/CAFM, change management, strategies for property cost reduction & estate rationalisation, and benefits case development. He also specializes in the harnessing of technology to assist in the gathering, analysis and presentation of workplace data, including its presentation via innovative time-lapse animations.

Laurence joined AMA from EC Harris, where he worked as a Senior Workplace Strategy Consultant advising both private and public sector organisations on the best use of their space and on the application of progressive working practices. He undertook major workplace strategy projects for central government, local government and major global financial institutions.

Prior to EC Harris, Laurence worked for Johnson Controls on their global IBM account and previously as a freelance consultant and trainer, advising clients on workplace strategy and training their personnel in CAD/CAFM and AutoCAD software.
